Audi AG is often a German automobile manufacturer that designs, engineers, produces, markets and distributes luxury vehicles. Audi is usually a member in the Volkswagen Group and contains its roots at Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany. The disadvantage in the aluminium frame is that it can be quite expensive to repair and requirements a specialized aluminium bodyshop. The weight reduction is almost offset from the quattro four-wheel drive system which can be standard generally in most markets. Nonetheless, the A8 is often the lightest all-wheel drive car from the full-size luxury segment, also having best-in-class fuel economy. The Audi A2, Audi TT and Audi R8 also have Audi Space Frame designs.
