Nissan would be the leading Japanese brand in China, Russia and Mexico.In 2014 Nissan was the most significant car manufacturer in North America.Nissan will be the world's largest electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, with global sales greater than 320,000 all-electric vehicles at the time of April 2018. The top-selling vehicle in the carmaker's lineup would be the Nissan LEAF, an all-electric car as well as the world's top-selling highway-capable plug-in electric car of all time.In January 2018, Nissan CEO Hiroto Saikawa announced that each one Infiniti vehicles launched from 2021 will likely be hybrid vehicles or all-electric vehicles.
